Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Draft: this text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Details in brackets are pending.

These Terms are the agreement between you and UnEnlace for the use of the service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Who we are

In these Terms, “UnEnlace”, “we” or “us” means the service and whoever operates it. You can write to us at support@unenlace.com.

By creating an account or using UnEnlace you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. The service

UnEnlace lets you create a digital business card with a public link: your information, buttons to save your contact, write on WhatsApp, call or get directions, links and social networks, a QR code, and ways to share it (image, PDF, letterhead). You can also customize the design, animations, background music and languages of your card.

The service is currently free. If we add paid features, their price and conditions will be shown before you pay, and you will only be charged if you accept them.

We may improve, change or discontinue features. If a change significantly affects how you use UnEnlace, we will let you know in advance whenever we can.

3. Your account

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live if that is higher.

You must give true information, keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect someone has entered your account. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

Your username is your card's address. We may change or take back a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is misleading or is needed for the operation of the site, and we will tell you if we do.

4. Your content

Everything you add to your card (texts, photos, logos, images, links) remains yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, adapt (for example, resize or compress images and create the QR code, image, PDF and letterhead versions) and display it, only to operate UnEnlace. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, including the consent of the people who appear in your photos and permission to use the logos and trademarks you show.

We do not review images or any other content before it is published. The first time you upload an image we ask you to confirm that you own its rights and have the consent of the people in it, and we record the date of that confirmation. You alone are responsible for what you upload.

Your card is public: anyone with the link or the QR code can see it, save your contact and share it, and it may appear in search engines (except in the adult content mode). Do not publish data you do not want to be public.

5. Rules of use

You may not publish on your card, or link to, content that:

  • shows, promotes or seeks the sexual exploitation of minors. We have zero tolerance: we suspend the account and report it to the authorities;
  • shows intimate images of a person without their consent, or promotes trafficking, sexual exploitation or the offer of sexual services in person;
  • is illegal, or offers illegal goods or services (for example drugs, weapons, counterfeits or stolen data);
  • threatens, harasses, incites violence or discriminates against people for who they are;
  • impersonates another person, brand or organization, or misleads about who you are;
  • is used for fraud, scams, phishing, malware, pyramid schemes or spam;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties;
  • publishes personal data of other people without their permission.

Nor may you abuse the service: create accounts automatically, extract data in bulk, try to bypass our security or overload the site, create new accounts to evade a suspension, or send false or abusive reports.

6. Adult content mode (18+)

The adult content mode is optional and is meant for creators who link to adult platforms (for example OnlyFans or Fansly). By turning it on you confirm that you are 18 or older and that everything you link is legal and only shows adults who gave their consent, and that you keep the age and consent records the law requires.

With the mode on, every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older before seeing your card (we remember the answer in their browser for 30 days), your card is not shown in search engines, and your photo does not appear when the link is shared.

This notice is a warning, not an age or identity verification, so it cannot guarantee that a minor will not enter. You are solely responsible for what you link and for complying with the laws of your country and the rules of each platform.

UnEnlace does not host explicit content: your photo, cover, background and texts may not show nudity or sexual content, even with the mode on. Explicit content may only be on the external platforms you link to.

A card with adult content must always use this mode. If it does not, we may hide content, warn you or suspend your account (see section 9).

7. Music, animations and designs

The background music, animations, templates, icons and designs of UnEnlace belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them only on your card inside UnEnlace; you may not extract, download or reuse them elsewhere.

Logos of social networks and other platforms belong to their owners and are shown only to identify your links.

If you upload images, or in the future audio or other files, you must own them or have a license that allows you to publish them on the internet (for music, this includes the rights of public communication). We will remove content that infringes the rights of others.

8. Reports and copyright complaints

Anyone can report a card with the “Report profile” link at the bottom of it, choosing the reason. Our team reviews every report; if the reporter leaves an email, we may write to them about the case.

To report an infringement of your copyright or trademark, you can also write to support@unenlace.com with: the work or trademark affected, the link to the card, your name and contact details, a statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

We may remove the content and tell its author, who may answer to support@unenlace.com. We suspend the accounts of those who infringe rights repeatedly.

9. Moderation, warnings and suspensions

We review cards when they are reported and may also do so on our own initiative, although we cannot review everything that is published. Decisions are made by people from our team.

Depending on the seriousness of the case, we may:

  • hide or remove content;
  • send you a warning, which you will see in the editor and, where possible, by email. A warning may have an end date;
  • suspend your account until a set date, or indefinitely until we lift the suspension. While it lasts, your card shows as “not found” to visitors and you cannot edit it or upload files;
  • close your account;
  • report the case to the authorities when the law requires it or there is a risk to someone's safety.

Grounds for a warning or suspension include: breaking the rules of section 5; showing adult content without the mode of section 6; impersonation; spam or fraud; infringing rights of third parties; evading a previous suspension; accumulating warnings; an order from an authority; or a risk to users, to UnEnlace or to our providers.

In serious cases (for example sexual content involving minors, fraud or threats) we may suspend without a prior warning. We will always tell you the reason and, if there is one, the end date. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@unenlace.com with your username and we will review the case.

10. Privacy and security log

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: when you create your card or publish changes we record your IP address, approximate location (country, region and city) and browser. We keep them for 90 days, only our administrators can see them, and we use them to prevent fraud and abuse and to handle reports.

11. Third-party services and links

The links on the cards lead to sites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Facebook, their own terms also apply. UnEnlace runs on providers such as Supabase, Vercel and Resend (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep UnEnlace available and secure, but we offer it “as is” and cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. Keep your own copy of the important information on your card.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data, nor for the content that users publish or the sites they link to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it (while the service is free, this amount is zero).

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

13. Your responsibility to third parties

If someone makes a claim against us because of the content you published or because you broke these Terms, you will cover the costs and damages it causes us, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Closing your account

You can stop using UnEnlace at any time. To delete your account and your card, write to support@unenlace.com from the email of your account and we will delete it. We may close or suspend accounts as described in section 9.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you in the editor or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using UnEnlace after that, you accept the new version.

16. Cooperation with the authorities

UnEnlace will cooperate with the competent authorities when the law requires it or when it is necessary to protect our users or other people.
